A recent visit to Hounsdown School near Southampton to open their Library left me in possession of the most beautiful cake in the shape of the Discworld, which is by far the best one I have ever seen. There is too much even for Rob to eat, but it really is a beauty.
Many thanks to all the staff and in particular to Bridget Bancroft, who gave me the chance to open her excellent library. I don’t usually do school visits these days, but it was a school and it was a library and it was close to home and there was cake 🙂
